Service Description
Follow-up consultations offer ongoing, personalised support as your fertility journey continues. Following your initial consultation, these sessions ensure continuity of care, emotional support and gentle guidance as you move forward. These sessions provide an opportunity to reflect on how things are unfolding, consider investigation results, where appropriate, refine guidance, and support your next steps as your needs evolve. There is also time to explore how you are feeling emotionally, talk through challenges as they arise, and receive understanding and support around the impact fertility can have on relationships. Each session is thoughtfully shaped around you, offering continuity, care and compassionate guidance so you feel supported, informed and less alone as you move forward. FERTILITY SUPPORT OPTIONS I offer three fertility-focused options. 🌿 PREPARING FOR CONCEPTION For women or couples who are preparing to conceive and would like to gently optimise their chances of achieving a healthy, viable pregnancy. Ideally, I recommend beginning holistic fertility support around six months before trying to conceive, although starting at least three months beforehand can still be deeply beneficial. If this isn’t possible, support can still be helpful at any stage. You are welcome to begin wherever you are in your journey. 🌿 FERTILITY CHALLENGES & RECURRENT MISCARRIAGE For women or couples who have been struggling to conceive, or who have experienced recurrent miscarriage, and who wish to focus on holistic approaches to gently explore and address factors that may be influencing conception and pregnancy. 🌿 HOLISTIC SUPPORT ALONGSIDE FERTILITY TREATMENT For women or couples who are about to begin, or are already undergoing, fertility treatment and would like to integrate holistic care to gently enhance treatment success and feel supported throughout. I currently offer one-off sessions as seen here, as well as packages of three or six consultations, which can be found on the BOOK ONLINE page under the Follow-Up Fertility Consultations service.

It is a pleasure to support you on your journey. Each session is dedicated to your needs, with time intentionally set aside just for you. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice, as this time is exclusively reserved for you. If sufficient notice is given, you may reschedule your appointment for an alternative date without forfeiting your payment. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly for your session to ensure we have enough time together and to respect other clients.
