Pregnancy and birth are ever-changing experiences, and the care you need can shift as your journey unfolds. As a trained doula, my role is to walk alongside you, offering calm, compassionate guidance, emotional support, and practical reassurance as questions and decisions arise.
I offer personalised, one-to-one, pregnancy and birth support for women and couples throughout pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Consultations are available from my clinic in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, or online, allowing you to access care wherever you are.
Pregnancy and birth can be deeply emotional, bringing moments of joy alongside uncertainty, vulnerability and change. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel understood and gain clarity, so you feel informed and less alone as you navigate this time.

Each consultation is thoughtfully tailored to you and your individual journey. My approach is shaped by lived experience, professional doula training, and wider pregnancy and birth education, and prioritises natural and holistic methods wherever appropriate. I take a whole-person view of wellbeing, considering physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social health, so you feel supported in making choices that feel right for you.
PREGNANCY & BIRTH SUPPORT OPTIONS

I offer two pregnancy and birth focused options for support, depending on where you are in your pregnancy.

Many people also find it reassuring to know that care can continue beyond birth. You may wish to explore my postnatal support, which offers compassionate care for recovery, emotional wellbeing and the transition into motherhood, whenever you need it.
HOW IT WORKS

Pregnancy and birth support begins with an initial consultation. This gives us the opportunity to meet, explore your story fully, and decide together what feels most supportive for you. Your partner is very welcome to join you, if this feels right.
If you choose to continue, support is then offered through two package options, rather than individual consultations. These packages include structured one-to-one sessions, alongside the ability to reach out between appointments by call, email or message for advice, guidance or reassurance. Support isn’t limited to a fixed number of sessions, as continuity and responsiveness are central to my work and reflect my doula training and approach to care. my hope is to walk alongside you so you feel supported and gently guided throughout.

PREGNANCY & BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGES

Full Journey — £1,750
Later Journey — £1,150

This package offers holistic, practical and emotional support throughout pregnancy and in preparation for birth, with regular one-to-one sessions shaped around what you need at each stage. Drawing on my professional doula training, lived experience and wider education in reproductive health, my approach prioritises natural and holistic methods, wherever possible, with my hope being to help you feel informed, supported and confident.
Support may include gentle guidance in early pregnancy, understanding what to expect across each trimester, navigating appointments and scans, exploring birth preferences and pain-relief options, and preparing practically and emotionally for labour, birth and the postnatal period. Support focuses on your whole wellbeing, including your physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual health, with guidance around nutrition, movement, lifestyle choices, self-care and gentle support for pregnancy-related symptoms. I offer compassionate emotional support if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed or fearful during pregnancy or about birth, including where there has been previous birth trauma, and gentle guidance if plans change or birth unfolds differently than hoped. Support also extends to preparing your partner for their role, planning for a home or hospital birth, knowing what to pack, and feeling prepared for life after birth.
Ongoing support is available between sessions, so you’re welcome to reach out with questions, concerns or for reassurance. You may message, email or call, and I aim to respond within 24 hours at the latest. While I’m unable to attend your birth in person, I will be available for contact and emotional support around the time of birth, and can also signpost to medical professionals or complementary therapists where appropriate.
