Service Description
This complimentary 45-minute follow-up consultation offers a supportive and spacious opportunity to come back together after your initial fertility consultation. It is a dedicated time to gently talk through your personalised fertility plan in more depth, ask any questions that may have arisen, and feel supported as you begin to put the recommendations into practice. During this session, we can explore how the plan feels for you, clarify any elements that need further explanation, and adapt or refine approaches where needed so that they feel realistic, nourishing and aligned with your lifestyle. It is also a space to acknowledge anything that may have shifted since our first session and to offer guidance as you take your next steps forward. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. This follow-up is simply a chance to feel supported, informed and reassured as you begin integrating the plan, with space for reflection and practical guidance.

It is a pleasure to support you on your journey. Each session is dedicated to your needs, with time intentionally set aside just for you.
